Our History
Birkel Residential Group, Ltd. (“BRG”, formerly Birkel International Partners, Ltd.) began business in 1993 as a developer of multi-housing communities in Texas. Since inception, BRG has successfully developed seven communities in Texas.

As part of its growth strategy, BRG relocated their corporate offices to Dallas, Texas. The headquarters serves as a base for all of its employees, with specific communications systems and staff organized to provide constant updates and support for it's highly mobile management/development team.

With several land sites and communities in the pipeline, BRG expects to start three to four new projects per year, employing both internal and external equity funding. For updates on our recent developments, click here
